"Great staff! I accidentally booked the wrong type of room and they fixed it for me free of charge!!! Very professional staff. The batteries died in our door lock and they promptly replaced them after they checked in the guests waiting in line. Our bum gun also didn't work. They also fixed that right away. Very attentive. The rooms themselves are a little old and moldy though. The staff more than makes up for it. "

Location of it being away from the main area of phi phi is amazing - so much less crowded and so peaceful. "The location is perfect, most beautiful beach I've ever seen, and 30min walking to Ton Sai or by long tail boat. The beachfront room is perfect to relax at the beach. Air continioning works great The room could use some renovation. The bed was really confortable, but in the bathroom things like shower, tap and others were really rusty. Cleanliness on some stuff could be better. I wouldn't say it is a resort really since it has no pool or other facilities. Breakfast is ok, quite some options. We have been to the hotel restaurant once but the quality was below avarage in our experience, with the beef we ordered being only grease. They were prompt in returning it to thr kitchen, though! In general, I recommend it for the right price, as the location is really worth it!"
